Dte. within Birbhum Division, P.H.E Dte. (Sl. No. 05), Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS 1239 (Part - I). PVC Pipes i) 200mm dia, b) Housing clamp of M.S plate 150mm. width of 20mm. thick with arms extended on both sides upto 0.30m. length on each sides with 2 drilled holes on both sides for insertion of total 4nos. M.S nuts & bolts of 75X20mm. size with M.S washer compl. i) 200 mm dia, Installation of panel boared (temporary) of 32Amp. Capacity with necessary main, switch, Ammeter, Voltmeter etc. including all electrical connection complete as per direction, Supplying, fibre glass reinforced Epoxy resin slotted of 1 mm slot width in 6.1m length of approved make and as per direction of the Engineer - in Charge (a) 200 mm nominal dia (i) 6.0 mm wall thickness, Hire charges for Generator set (Diesel running) as per direction of EIC for continuous running upto 72 hrs. for development of tubewell till sand free water is obtained. (One set is to be kept at site as stand by), Cutting DI pipe (all class & type) to required length with cutting device etc. and grinding the cutting portion with file as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. a ) 80mm.dia.to 125mm.dia pipe, Making rubber gasket joint to CI/DI pipes maintaining proper alignment level etc. by mechanical arrangement with or without using mobile cranes where necessary and with help of allot her equipments tools and tackles etc. as required providing lubricants of approved quality and direction of EIC. (rubber gasket will be supplied deptt. free of cost) a) 100 mm. dia, Supplying at site, fitting, fixing of the following accessories corresponding to the dia. of blank/ slotted housing pipe as specified, details below including 2 coats of bituminous painting on all sides complete. a) M.S bottom cap plug with hook for sealing the bottom of well assembly. (i) 200mm dia, Carriage of different type of departmental pipes from Divisional/Sub-divisional store to the work site by truck including loading, unloading, stacking etc. including cost of fuel, lubricant and also cost of driver, helper etc. and all other taxes and charges as applicable as per direction of EIC a) Above 5 Km upto 10 Km, Add GST @18% on sum of Item No. 1 to 26, Construction of different dia Sluice valve /Air valve /Washout chamber in different sizes for village road where light traffic run and for main road where heavy traffic run as deptt.approved drawing with 25cm thick brick work (16) over cement concrete (421) over a single B/F soling over150mm.thick sand filling in foundation including earth work in excavation and disposal of excess earth from work site with RCC (11.53) cover slab 100mm / 150mm thick slab on top of chamber with 1% reinforcement in RCC cover slab with necessary opening for operation of valve all complete including cost of labour & materials as per Departmental Dwg. [Reinforcement type- Other manufactuerers not specified] i) 80 mm to 150 mm dia pipe, Chamfering the spigot end of all type/class of DI pipe for proper using of push joint by means of grinder set at site for proper joint etc. all complete as per direction of EIC. a) 100 mm dia, Ordinary Cement concrete (Mix 124) with graded stone chips (20 mm. nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur variety, (B)Supplying M.S. male / female adopter of approved make and brand for coupling of M.S. pipe and fibre glass strainers, as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (i) 200 mm Dia, Add Cess @1% on sum of Item No. 1 to 27, Mobilization of all machineries, equipments and its accessories belonging to the contractor including loading and unloading and all other incidental works, Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction, (c) M.S Top cap of appvd. type for closing housing i) 200mm dia, 2.0 Sinking of Tube Well Boring with casing pipe with suitable dia varying to 300mm. to 450mm dia water set system or perfusion system including welding or fitting and fixing threading jointing the tubewell as per consisting of MS pipe strainer, socket, bottom plug top cap etc. and lowering the whole assembly within the bore as per direction of EIC (MS pipe, strainer, coupling will be supplied departmentally free of cost surplus materials if any to be returned to the store in good condition for which no extra payment will be made casing pipe will be supplied by the contractor. i) 200mm dia, Washi |
